Terms of Service
The basic rules for using Spicrawl while it is in free beta.
Last updated
These terms apply when you use Spicrawl’s website, dashboard, API, command-line tool or MCP server (together, the service). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
Free beta
Spicrawl is in beta and free to use. It is provided “as is” and “as available”. Features, limits and availability may change.
Your account and API keys
Keep your API keys secret. You are responsible for requests made with your keys, including requests made by scripts, AI agents and MCP clients you have set up with them. If a key may have leaked, revoke it in the dashboard.
Using Spicrawl
You choose which URLs to fetch, and you are responsible for having the right to access and use that content. Do not use Spicrawl to break the law, to harm a website or anyone else, or to access accounts or content you are not allowed to use. Sessions and logins are for accounts you own or have permission to use.
Credits
Requests use credits, as described in the documentation. During the beta, use is free. Each workspace has a monthly allowance of credits (1,000 by default) that resets every month.
Third-party apps
If you use Spicrawl through another app or platform, such as ChatGPT, that platform’s own terms also apply to your use of it.
Limits and suspension
We may limit or suspend access to protect the service and other people. You can stop using Spicrawl at any time.
No warranty
To the extent the law allows, Spicrawl is not liable for losses arising from using the service. Nothing here limits any right or liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: support@spicrawl.com.
